• Orders will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.
• ( does not include Weekends, orders placed weekends will ship out Monday unless there is a holiday )

• Please allow 3 to 6 business days for delivery. Sometimes shipping may take longer which is out of our control

TRACKING ORDER

• Once order process has begun you will receive an email with USPS OR UPS tracking number. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated on carriers site

We are not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged orders due to carrier. Please contact your local USPS or UPS unless you paid for shipping insurance you may contact the "route". If you need thier information please email us and we can provide you with their information.

• If you wish to fix / clean jewelry please contact us and we will set something up.
• Shipping cost for items to be sent to us and sent back to you for fixing / cleaning will be paid on your behalf
